Lucky peach julep

A slice of ripe peach, in season from July to August, adds a fruity note to this refreshing julep cocktail.


Preparation method

  1. Muddle (crush) the mint leaves in a cocktail shaker, then add the bourbon, sherry and rum and a handful of ice.

  2. Stir well, then pour into a silver julep cup and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a peach wedge.
