
½ lime, cut into 6 wedges
½ tsp granulated sugar
2 tsp sugar syrup
1 passion fruit, pulp only
1-2 handfuls crushed ice
50ml/2fl oz cachaca
slice passion fruit, to garnish
Place the lime wedges, sugar, sugar syrup and passion fruit pulp into a tumbler glass and muddle (lightly crush). Add some crushed ice and stir well.
Pour over the cachaca and stir again. Garnish with a slice of passion fruit and top with more crushed ice.
