• 200g/7oz chopped nuts

  • 140ml/5fl oz Greek yoghurt

  • ½ apple, finely diced

  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries, chopped

To serve

Preparation method

  1. Mix the nuts, yoghurt, apple and cranberries together in a bowl.

  2. Sprinkle with the chopped nuts and brown sugar and serve.
