Mix all ingredients for the burgers together.
With wet hands roll into balls and flatten onto oiled tray.
Bake at 200C/400F/Gas 6 for 10 minutes.
To make the relish, process the mango with lime juice and sugar.
Fold in the sweetcorn.
Place burger in bun with 1 tsp of relish on top.
