Mandarin Oriental

Get a feel for a high-class oriental bar with this sophisticated pairing of cognac and mandarin.


Preparation method

  1. Place the kumquats, syrups, cognac and mandarin liqueur in a cocktail shaker and bash (muddle) with the end of a clean rolling pin.

  2. Add ice and shake hard until well combined.

  3. Strain the cocktail into a martini glass and garnish with a split kumquat.
