Lygon St Collins

Announce the evening with a refreshing gin cocktail.


  • 35ml/1¼fl oz gin

  • 2 tsp lychee liqueur

  • 2 tsp Maraschino liqueur

  • 25ml/1¾fl oz yuzu juice (available from some supermarkets and Asian grocers, or specialist online retailers)

  • 2 tsp lemon sugar (caster sugar mixed with lemon zest)

  • sparkling water, to top up

  • 1 sprig fresh Thai basil to garnish

Preparation method

  1. Place all of the ingredients, except for the sparking water, into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard.

  2. Strain the cocktail into a glass, top with sparkling water and garnish with Thai basil.
