10ml/½fl oz fresh lemon juice
25ml/1fl oz pomegranate juice
35ml/1¼fl oz chilled chocolate raspberry vodka
rose water, to spray the champagne glass
pink champagne
chocolate hearts, to serve
Place the lemon juice, pomegranate juice and vodka into a mixing glass. Add a handful of ice and stir until well combined.
Strain into a champagne glass that has been sprayed with rose water, top with pink champagne and serve with chocolate hearts.
