Traditionally served in a jam jar - this refreshing cocktail is a New Orleans classic.
Muddle (crush) the mint leaves in a clean jam jar, then add the Southern Comfort, lemon juice, apple juice, apricot jam, sugar syrup and apricot liqueur. Fill with ice, replace the lid and shake well.
To serve, top up the jar with more ice and garnish with a lemon wedge and sprig of mint.
