
200ml/7fl oz coconut milk
2 tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves
2 limes, juice only
1 orange, juice only
50ml/2fl oz double cream
2 tbsp honey
handful ice
mint sprig, to garnish
Place all of the ingredients, except the mint sprig, into a food processor and blend until smooth.
To serve, pour into a tall glass and garnish with the mint sprig.
