Lime cheesecake ice cream

Equipment and preparation: for this recipe you will need an ice cream maker.


Preparation method

  1. Mix the egg yolks with the caster sugar and the cream cheese until smooth. Then add the lime, milk and cream and mix well until the sugar is fully dissolved.

  2. Churn in an ice cream maker for 20 minutes then place in a container in the freezer until needed.
