Lettuce cups with chilli beef stir-fry


Preparation method

  1. Heat a griddle pan until hot. Drizzle the beef strips in the oil and chilli flakes and fry quickly in the hot griddle pan for 1-2 minutes. Add the spring onions, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and cook for a further minute.

  2. To serve, arrange the lettuce leaves on a serving plate and fill with the chilli beef stir-fry.
