Lemon and orange tuna slices


Preparation method

  1. Lay the tuna slices onto a serving plate.

  2. Mix the orange juice and lemon juice together in a bowl and then pour over the tuna.

  3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Scatter over the sliced kalamata olives and spring onion and serve.
