Kentucky cream

Indulge in this decadent, grown-up toffee almond milkshake with a bourbon kick.


  • 1 scoop butterscotch ice cream

  • 35ml/1¼fl oz bourbon

  • 2 tsp amaretto

  • 2 tsp dark crème de cacao

  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds

  • 1 tbsp Belgian chocolate sauce

To garnish

Preparation method

  1. Blend the butterscotch ice cream, bourbon, amaretto, crème de cacao, chopped almonds and chocolate sauce in a blender.

  2. Pour the cocktail into a large wine glass and garnish with the grated dark chocolate and almond.
