250ml/10fl oz fresh apple juice
110ml elderflower cordial
110ml peach liqueur
500ml/20fl oz dandelion and burdock
handful fresh mint, leaves picked from their stems
1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
10 cherries
1 apple, sliced
Combine the gin, lemon juice, apple juice, elderflower cordial and peach liqueur in a jug and chill for at least an hour.
