Jubilee punch

A summery gin-based punch that's great for any Jubilee street party.

Ingredients

Preparation method

  1. Combine the gin, lemon juice, apple juice, elderflower cordial and peach liqueur in a jug and chill for at least an hour.

  2. When ready to serve, pour the gin cocktail into a punch bowl. Add the dandelion and burdock, mint leaves, cucumber slices, cherries and apple slices and stir gently. Serve over ice in a tall glass.
