Hot potato salad

Ingredients

Preparation method

  1. Boil the potatoes until just cooked.

  2. Make up a simple viniagrette using 3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar.

  3. Add the onions, garlic, herbs and seasoning.

  4. Drain the potatoes and whilst they are still hot, tip them into the dressing. Stir well and serve.
