100g/3½oz brazil nuts, shells removed, toasted
4 small (or 2 medium) bananas, peeled
2 tbsp clear honey
Blend the toasted brazil nuts in a food processor until they resemble breadcrumbs, then sprinkle onto a plate.
Drizzle the honey over the bananas, then roll them in the nuts.
To serve, thread the honeyed bananas onto wooden skewers and place them onto a serving plate.
