
½ bottle lager, chilled
2 tbsp lemon juice
6 dashes Worcestershire sauce
6 dashes Tabasco sauce
150ml/5fl oz tomato juice
1 free-range egg
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Fill a pint glass with the lager, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce.
Top with tomato juice, then crack in an egg. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
