For the guacamole, place all of the guacamole ingredients into a food processor and blend to a rough purée.
For the refried beans, place all of the refried beans ingredients into a food processor and blend to a smooth paste.
For the wraps, spread the tortillas with a spoonful each of the guacamole and refried beans, then roll up tightly into a sausage shape.
For the chilli syrup, place the sugar, chillies and lime juice into a small saucepan and simmer gently for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is sticky but still pourable.
To serve, pile the wraps onto a serving plate and drizzle over the chilli syrup.
