1 tbsp olive oil
50g/1½oz canned butter beans, rinsed and drained
1 avocado, peeled, stone removed
25g/1oz rocket, chopped
pinch chilli flakes
1 garlic clove, crushed
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until combined but still slightly chunky.
To serve, place the guacamole into a serving bowl.
Type the ingredients you want to use, then click Go. For better results you can use quotation marks around phrases (e.g. "chicken breast"). Alternatively you can search by chef, programme, cuisine, diet, or dish (e.g. Lasagne).
