Serve this homemade guac with tacos, or simply with sliced veggies and pitta for dipping.
Slice each avocado in half, remove the stone and then spoon out the flesh into a bowl. Add the garlic, olive oil, lime juice, and Tabasco and mash with the back of a fork. You could also do your mashing using a pestle and mortar if you wish.
When you have a smooth mash, stir through the chopped coriander. Season well with salt and black pepper. Garnish with coriander and lime wedges and serve within an hour of making.
