
180-200g/6½-7oz ripe grapes
2 tbsp elderflower cordial
8 ice cubes, plus extra to serve
150ml/5fl oz white wine
4 mint leaves
splash sparkling water, to serve
Blend all of the ingredients except for the sparkling water in a food processor until smooth and well combined.
To serve, half-fill two tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour over the grape mixture. Top up each glass with the sparkling water.
