Grape spritzer


  • 180-200g/6½-7oz ripe grapes

  • 2 tbsp elderflower cordial

  • 8 ice cubes, plus extra to serve

  • 150ml/5fl oz white wine

  • 4 mint leaves

  • splash sparkling water, to serve

Preparation method

  1. Blend all of the ingredients except for the sparkling water in a food processor until smooth and well combined.

  2. To serve, half-fill two tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour over the grape mixture. Top up each glass with the sparkling water.
