Preparation method

  1. Place the pineapple into a cocktail shaker and mash (muddle) with the end of a rolling pin.

  2. Add the ginger and mash well again.

  3. Add the pineapple juice, falernum syrup, rum, lime juice, vanilla syrup and a handful of ice. Shake well and strain into a glass.

  4. Garnish with two fresh pineapple leaves and serve.
