Gin meadow

Try this fruity summer cocktail made with delicately flavoured heather gin.


  • 1 tbsp chopped cucumber

  • 4 fresh mint leaves

  • 25ml/1fl oz fresh pear juice

  • 25ml/1fl oz sour apple liqueur

  • 25ml/1fl oz heather gin, or other dry gin

  • cucumber slice and mint sprig, to garnish

Preparation method

  1. Place the chopped cucumber, mint leaves, pear juice, sour apple liqueur, heather gin and a handful of ice into a cocktail shaker and shake well.

  2. Strain the cocktail into a coupette glass and garnish with the cucumber slice and mint sprig.
