
Try this fruity summer cocktail made with delicately flavoured heather gin.
Place the chopped cucumber, mint leaves, pear juice, sour apple liqueur, heather gin and a handful of ice into a cocktail shaker and shake well.
Strain the cocktail into a coupette glass and garnish with the cucumber slice and mint sprig.
Type the ingredients you want to use, then click Go. For better results you can use quotation marks around phrases (e.g. "chicken breast"). Alternatively you can search by chef, programme, cuisine, diet, or dish (e.g. Lasagne).
