
1 banana, sliced into chunks
75g/2½oz strawberries
15g/½oz butter, melted
50g/1¾oz dark chocolate, melted
3 tbsp double cream
Soak three wooden skewers in water for ten minutes.
Thread the banana and strawberries alternately onto three wooden skewers to create the fruit kebabs, and brush with the melted butter.
Heat a griddle pan until smoking and add the fruit kebabs to grill for five minutes or until warmed through on all sides.
Place the melted chocolate and the double cream into a small saucepan and warm at a low heat for two minutes.
To serve, place the kebabs onto a plate and pour over the chocolate sauce.
