Frozen mango and lime shots

  • 1 mango, peeled, stone removed and chopped
  • 1 lime, zest and juice
  • 2 oranges, juice only
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • fresh mint leaves and lime wedges, to garnish


  1. Place the mango, lime zest and juice, orange juice and ice into a food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. To serve, pour into four shot glasses and garnish each with mint leaves and lime wedges.
