125g/4oz cream cheese
120ml/4fl oz natural yoghurt
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
Salt and pepper
1 small cucumber, deseeded and very finely diced
2 tbsp freshly chopped mixed herbs such as basil, coriander, tarragon, chives, parsley
Beat together the cream cheese, yoghurt and white wine vinegar and season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Fold in the cucumber and herbs.
Serve with hot flatbreads, crisps or crudities.
