
This creamy coffee cocktail is the ultimate indulgence.
25ml/1fl oz golden rum
1 tbsp coffee liqueur
1 tbsp dark crème de cacao
50ml/2fl oz double cream
chocolate flakes, for garnish
Place the rum, coffee liqueur, crème de cacao and cream into a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice and shake hard.
Strain the cocktail into a tumbler over crushed ice and garnish with chocolate flakes.
