Fresh tuna steak quickly cooked in a fragrant Thai broth, with plenty of coriander and a drizzle of sesame oil.
For the fish broth, place the sliced tuna into a soup bowl and sprinkle over the chopped chilli.
Bring the fish stock to the boil in a pan, then remove from the heat, add the noodles and soak for 5-6 minutes, or until softened.
Add the soy sauce and chopped coriander, then pour the mixture on top of the tuna.
To serve, garnish the fish broth with the sesame oil and seeds.
