Thai-style tuna steak and rice noodle broth

Fresh tuna steak quickly cooked in a fragrant Thai broth, with plenty of coriander and a drizzle of sesame oil.

Preparation method

  1. For the fish broth, place the sliced tuna into a soup bowl and sprinkle over the chopped chilli.

  2. Bring the fish stock to the boil in a pan, then remove from the heat, add the noodles and soak for 5-6 minutes, or until softened.

  3. Add the soy sauce and chopped coriander, then pour the mixture on top of the tuna.

  4. To serve, garnish the fish broth with the sesame oil and seeds.
