Heat oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
Line a crepe pan with filo pastry and butter the pastry. Add another sheet and so on to make a flan case.
Mix the eggs, cream, milk, sugar and vanilla together and pour into the flan case.
Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes or until golden.
