Channel an English tea party with this sophisticated summer cocktail.
1 large strawberry
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp lemon sugar (caster sugar mixed with lemon zest)
35ml/1¼fl oz raspberry vodka
1 tbsp strawberry liqueur
50ml/2 fl oz English rosé
fresh berries, for garnish
sprig fresh mint, for garnish
Place the raspberries, strawberry and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker and muddle (mash) with the end of a rolling pin.
Add the remaining ingredients, a handful of ice and shake hard.
Strain the cocktail into a large wine glass filled with ice and garnish with the fresh berries and mint.
