
5 fresh blackberries
3 fresh strawberries
4 fresh raspberries
4-6 drops milk thistle and dandelion complex
25ml/1fl oz lemon juice
25ml/1fl oz beetroot juice
2 tsp agave syrup
ice, as needed
1 effervescent vitamin C tablet, to serve
Place the blackberries, strawberries and raspberries into a cocktail shaker.
Add the milk thistle and dandelion complex, the lemon and beetroot juices and the agave syrup.
Add ice, cover the cocktail shaker and shake well.
To serve, strain the mixture into a cocktail glass and drop the vitamin C tablet into it.
