Preparation method

  1. Place the strawberries and basil into a cocktail shaker and crush lightly (muddle) with a long-handled spoon.

  2. Pour over the dark crème de cacao and herb and balsamic vinegar liqueur.

  3. Add ice and shake well.

  4. Scoop some more ice into a tumbler, then strain over the mixture.

  5. To serve, hook a strawberry and the piece of chocolate over the side of the tumbler.
