White wine and cheese fondue parmesan

Serves 2

Preparation time less than 30 mins

Cooking time less than 10 mins

Vegetarian Quick Recipe


Ingredients
½ glass white wine
85g/3oz parmesan, finely grated
dash of double cream


Method
1. Place the wine in a small pan and gently simmer over a low heat.
2. Stir in the parmesan until you reach a dipping consistency, adding any cream if necessary to thin.
3. Remove from the heat and transfer to a serving dish.
4. Serve as a dipping sauce.
