This beautiful green dressing packs a real punch. I love it on watercress and avocado salad and, indeed, on anything that is served with something fairly plain, when you welcome the buzz.
Ingredients
3 tbsp lime juice 4 tbsp groundnut oil 1 tbsp wasabi paste, from a tube ½ tsp sea salt or kosher salt, or ¼ tsp table salt
Method
1. Place all of the ingredients into a clean lidded jam jar, screw the lid on firmly and shake to mix. Alternatively, place all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk until completely combined.
