Ingredients
handful of ice 50ml/1¾fl oz violet liqueur 30ml/1¼fl oz vodka 20ml/¾fl oz clear chocolate liqueur 1 tbsp fresh double creme fraiche To serve crystallised violet petals
Method
1. Fill a cocktail shaker half full of ice. dd all the ingredients. Put the lid on and shake well. 2. Strain into a cold Martini glass and sprinkle over crystallised violet petals.
NB: It doesn't taste strong, but after two of these you will start feeling decidedly mellow!
