12 large good quality pork or venison sausages
3 tbsp grain mustard
3 tbsp clear honey
1 lemon, zest and juice
2 tsp paprika
1. Heat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
2. Mix together the honey, mustard, paprika, lemon juice and zest. Prick the sausages and toss in the mustard mixture. Put in a roasting tin and bake in the oven until brown all over and cooked right through. Turn the sausages from time to time whilst they are cooking.
3. Serve with baked potatoes.
