Ingredients
50g/2oz red currants with stalks picked off 50g/2oz blackcurrants with stalks picked off 50g/2oz raspberries 50g/2oz blackberries 50/2oz tayberries 90ml/3 fl.oz cranberry juice 10g/½oz caster sugar vodka ice
Method
1. Liquidise the currants and berries with the sugar. 2. Strain the purée through a sieve to remove the pips. 3. Pour purée into cocktail shaker with ice, cranberry juice and vodka. 4. Shake vigorously and pour into glasses. Enjoy.
