Ingredients 2 pint (1.2L) medium dry cider4oz (110g) soft brown sugar12 whole cloves4 sticks of cinnamon8 whole allspice1 apple, thinly sliced6 dried apricots, thinly sliced
Method 1. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat until the sugar has dissolved. 2. Strain the cider into tumblers and serve.
