1 soda farl, cut in half
1 garlic clove, cut in half
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp tomato purée
2 tbsp black olives, pitted
2 slices mixed cured meats, from a packet assortment
50g/1¾oz blue cheese, crumbled
2 free-range egg yolks
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
2. Place the soda farl halves onto a baking sheet, rub with the garlic and drizzle over the olive oil.
3. Spread the tomato purée over the farl halves, then top with the olives, cured meat slices and blue cheese.
4. Place an egg yolk onto the middle of the topping on each farl base.
5. Transfer the farl pizzas to the oven and bake for 7-8 minutes, or until golden-brown and the egg is set.
6. To serve, place the pizzas onto a serving plate.
