Rose petal sandwiches white bread

Quick Recipe


Ingredients
fragrant rose petals, white bases removed
250g/8¾oz pat of organic butter
white organic bread, thinly sliced
organic caster sugar, to taste


Method
1. The night before you want to make the sandwiches, cover the pat of butter in rose petals, wrap in foil and leave in a cool place.
2. To make the sandwiches, spread the slices of bread with the rose butter, top with a layer of rose petals and sprinkle with caster sugar. Top with another slice of bread and cut into four.
3. Serve with a pot of Earl Grey tea.
