Roasted rosemary potatoes potato

Quick Recipe


Ingredients
170g/5oz new potatoes
3-4 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
3-4 sprigs of rosemary


Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
2. Bring a large pan of water to the boil and cook the potatoes for 8-10 minutes, or until tender.
3. Drain the potatoes. Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté the potatoes for a few minutes.
4. Add the garlic and rosemary and heat for a further 2-3 minutes.
5. Transfer the pan to the oven and roast for 6-8 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
6. Remove from the oven and serve.
