peaches (allow one or two for each person)
unsalted butter (approximately 5-10g per peach)
icing sugar for dusting
1. Cut the peaches in half and remove the stones.
2. Place a knob of butter onto each peach and then push the two halves of each peach together. Dust the peaches with a thin covering of icing sugar.
3. Place the peaches in a baking dish and cook in the oven at 200C/400F/Gas6 for 20 minutes.
