1 litre/1 pint 15fl oz fruity red wine
300ml/10½fl oz cranberry juice
small punnet of raspberries
1 tbsp sugar
1 lemon
lemonade
2 large sprigs of mint
ice
1. Mash half of the raspberries with the sugar, torn mint leaves, and squeeze of half a lemon.
2. Pour into the bottom of a jug.
3. Pour in the cranberry juice, red wine, and some ice.
4. Top with lemonade, raspberries, a few slices of lemon, and mint leaves.
