Method
1. Preheat the oven to 250C/500F/Gas 9. 2. Place the pizza base on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 5 minutes. 3. Place the garlic in a food processor and blitz. 4. In a small bowl, combine the garlic and butter. Add the fresh parsley. 5. Remove the pizza base from the oven and spread with the garlic butter. Sprinkle over the cayenne. 6. Return the pizza to the oven for a further minute to melt the butter. 7. Remove the garlic bread from the oven, cut into wedges and serve.
