Ingredients

2 sheets of filo pastry 30g/1oz unsalted butter, melted 4-5 asparagus tips, blanched salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method

1. Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7. 2. Brush both sheets of filo pastry with melted butter and place one on top of the other. 3. Place the asparagus tips at the edge of the pastry sheet and wrap up to from a parcel. 4. Brush with melted butter and place on a non-stick baking tray. 5. Cook in the oven for 3-4 minutes, or until golden. 6. Remove from the oven, season to taste and serve at once.
