Ingredients

250g/8¾oz quick-cook polenta
569ml/1 pint hot chicken stock (vegetarians can substitute chicken stock)
1 tbsp butter
50g/1¾oz gorgonzola
handful chives, snipped

Method

1. Whisk together the hot chicken stock and the polenta until thickened. Add more liquid if necessary.
2. Stir in the butter, gorgonzola and chives and serve.
