Watercress and gorgonzola salad

Ingredients

100g/3½oz watercress leaves
85g/3oz gorgonzola
55g/2oz walnuts
drizzle olive oil
drizzle balsamic vinegar
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

1. Place the watercress into a bowl and crumble the gorgonzola in.
2. Add the walnuts and then drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
4. Transfer to a plate and serve.
