Ingredients

For the crispy noodles oil for deep frying 75g/2½oz rice noodles For the teriyaki prawn skewers 1 tbsp olive oil 4 tiger prawns drizzle sesame oil 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp honey For the dipping sauce 1 lime, juice only 2 tsp honey 1 tbsp soy sauce pinch chilli flakes
Method

1. Heat the oil for deep frying (CAUTION: Hot oil is very dangerous. Do not leave unattended). Drop the rice noodles into the hot oil and deep-fry for 30 seconds. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper. 2. For the teriyaki prawns, heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Coat the prawns in the sesame oil, soy sauce and honey and fry for 1-2 minutes or until cooked through. (If you like you can thread the prawns onto a skewer for dipping.) 2. To make the dipping sauce, mix all the dipping sauce ingredients together and serve in a small sauce bowl or ramekin. 3. Serve the cooked prawns with the dipping sauce and crispy noodles.
