Ingredients

85g/3oz minced beef ½ onion, peeled and chopped handful of parsley, chopped salt and freshly ground black pepper 16 vine leaves
Method

1. Mix the beef, onion, parsley and seasoning together in a bowl until well combined. 2. Place pairs of vine leaves on top of each other to make eight wrappers in total. 3. Spoon the mixture in the centre of each vine leaf and then wrap up to make a parcel. 4. Place the vine leaves in a steamer set over a pan of simmering water and steam for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through. Serve.
