Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
85-110g/3-4oz new potatoes, sliced
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 sprigs rosemary
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method

1. Heat the olive oil in a small frying pan, or sauté pan.
2. Add the sliced new potatoes, garlic and rosemary, and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the sea salt and pepper, to your taste, and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes longer, or until golden and cooked.
